Delete your My Location account

You can delete your account in the Android app, in the web app, or by sending an email to support@mylocation.app.

In the Android app

Open the side menu by tapping the icon in the top-right corner.
Select ‘Settings’.
Scroll down to the bottom.
Select the ‘Delete Account’ option. The deletion is immediate.

In the web app (mylocation.app)

Open the map and sign in, if you are not signed in.
Tap your photo or initials at the top of the screen.
Select ‘Delete account and cloud data’ and confirm. You may be asked to confirm with Google first.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes the account and the data stored with it in our cloud storage: your synced map, your friends, your live links and the map links you shared.

Note: data stored only on your device is not deleted. Remove it by uninstalling the app, or, for the web app, by clearing the site data for mylocation.app in your browser.
